                              RESOLUTION NO. 21447
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN 
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF 
                 TRANSPORTATION, RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION OF A 
                 TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE 
                 ROUTE 2 (LEE HIGHWAY) AT TYNER ROAD/SILVERDALE 
                 ROAD.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
       the execution of an Agreement with the Tennessee Department of 
       Transportation, relative to installation of a traffic signal at 
       the intersection of State Route 2 (Lee Highway) at Tyner Road/ 
       Silverdale Road, Federal Project No. STP-H-22(30), State Project 
       No. 33012-2211-94.
